Idefly

Terms of use

Last updated: 25 October 2026

By creating an account on Idefly you accept these terms. They are written to be understood; if something is not clear, write to us at hola@idefly.app.

1. What Idefly is

Idefly is an app for content creators that goes with an idea from the moment it occurs to you until you film it: Idea, Script, Prepro and Shoot. It is provided by Gabriel Tafalla, a sole trader registered in Georgia with identification number 306559060, with address at Alio Mirtskhulava 9D, 0160 Tbilisi (Georgia).

2. Private testing (beta)

Idefly is in private testing and is free while this phase lasts.

3. Your account

4. Your content is yours

Your ideas, scripts, photos and voice notes are yours. So that we can provide the service, you give us permission to store them, copy them between your devices, process them (for example, transcribing a voice note when you ask) and show them to the people you share a project with. That permission ends when you delete the content or the account. If you delete the account, what you have in shared projects (what you shared and your comments, which remain as “Deleted account”) stays available to the other people as long as the project stays shared; you can ask us to delete the text of a comment by writing to hola@idefly.app.

We don't use your content to train artificial intelligence and we don't show it to anyone without your permission.

What you write in the comments of a shared project is also yours; the people who have access to that project can see it.

5. Acceptable use

Idefly does not tolerate objectionable content or people who harass or bother others. You may not use Idefly to:

If someone does so, we may suspend or close their account.

6. Shared projects

When you share a project, you are responsible for who you share it with. Whoever accepts can see everything in that project and, depending on the permission you give them, edit it or only view and comment on it. You can stop sharing it, or remove a person, whenever you want.

7. Reporting and blocking

If someone bothers you, you can block them from their profile (they won't be able to find you, send you requests or invite you to projects) and report an account or a comment from the app or by writing to hola@idefly.app. We review reports within 24 hours. We may delete content that breaks these terms and suspend or close the account that posted it; if we do, we'll tell you why and you can reply by writing to hola@idefly.app. We'll tell whoever made the report what we decided.

8. Features with artificial intelligence

Voice note transcription, summaries, hooks, script analysis, shots and the assistant use artificial intelligence services and can make mistakes. Check the result before using it. There are usage limits per account.

9. Limits

Each account has a space for photos and audio (currently 200 MB) and a maximum number of transcriptions and summaries per day. We may change these limits; if it affects you, we will let you know.

10. The app is ours

Idefly's name, design and code belong to Gabriel Tafalla. Using the app does not give you any rights over them.

11. Liability

We do our best for Idefly to work and for nothing to be lost, but during the beta it is offered as it is, without guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of content or for indirect damages. None of this limits the rights that the consumer law of your country gives you.

12. Closing your account

You can delete your account whenever you want from Settings → Account → Delete account. We may close an account that breaks these terms, or end the beta, giving you notice in time to export your content, except in serious cases.

13. Changes

If we change these terms in an important way, we will let you know in the app or by email before they apply. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.

14. Consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you always keep the protection of the laws of your country and you can go to the courts where you live.

In case of any difference between versions, the Spanish version prevails.
